Please note that wait times are currently several months between ordering and delivery.
As of June 6, 2025, we no longer accept orders larger than a half beef. If you want to order a whole beef, your order will be split between two months.

Beef is typically ready for pick up or delivery 3-4 weeks after the butcher date.
