As of June 6, 2025, we no longer accept orders larger than a half beef. If you want to order a whole beef, your order will be split between two months.​
Butcher Dates:
Beef is typically ready for pick up or delivery 3-4 weeks after the butcher date. ​​​​​​​​​​
